We spent five nights at Snake River Cabins and RV Village, in one of the Mama Bear Cabins. The location is beautiful, the amenities are bountiful, the employees are friendly and so helpful... really, everything was great. The *only* thing that was less than perfect was two of the three beds. One felt like one of those waterproof, rubbery toddler mattresses... My in-laws had a very squeaky, springy mattress... but my daughter had a wonderful memory foam mattress and was the envy of the family. We would 100% stay here again! Bring bug spray, and maybe some extra blankets! I also highly recommend you check out The Bird for lunch/dinner and make time to play in the Snake River.

We had to re-schedule our visit because we were closing on our house so we ended up in a one the basic cabins. And it was just that, basic with electricity. I would not personally stay there for longer that 2 or 3 nights because these cabins were very close together but they were more than adequate, the bathrooms were very clean and we didn’t have pay extra for showers and we could bring our dog. We would definitely go back because you can’t beat the location, close to town and shops, camping right on the river, but we would not stay in the Pooh bear cabins again. We also booked white water rafting and we were picked up right at the campground so it was perfect.

Made our reservations in January for a July trip to make sure we could get 5 nights in a Grizzly Bear cabin, which sleeps 8. Our cabin had 2 bedrooms, a loft, and 1 bathroom. One bedroom had a full/twin loft bed, the other had a queen bed, and the loft had a twin and full mattress, which are perfect for kids. We had an outdoor patio with a 6 person patio table, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and a propane grill. The cabin comes fully equipped with all the kitchen, grill, and bath items you need. There is a nice trail at the south end of the resort that takes you down to the Snake River's edge. RVs setup in the middle of the resort and tent sites are located down towards the river's edge. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely stay again when we are back in Jackson Hole. The staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for our time here. The location is perfect. It wasn't too far from Jackson Hole and the Tetons and it was far enough away to not be caught up in the tourist traffic melee.

I can not say enough positive things about Snake River Cabins! I stayed 3 nights in one of their small cabins. Everything was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities on the property are great! The little general store is convenient. I will absolutely stay again if ever back in the area.
