If you're staying at a resort you can buy all of your passes there. At the park usually, or online
You can also purchase them, right in front of the entrance to get in Univeral and Islands. We purchased a 3 park annual pass at the Hard Rock Hotel when we stayed there. There are a lot of places all over the park where you can purchase tickets good luck have fun they're great Parks it's always a good time
Like the first person said buying online may take awhile. If you getting some kind of promo/discount just order them a day ahead and print out your confirmations. But besides that just go to the park window and buy them. Have fun!
If you buy online...be warned it may take 24hrs before you can pick them up at will call...also plan for a long line to buy at gate/ticket booth at Universal...also if you want to go to both sides of the park and Harry Potter you'll have to buy a two park pass....adult $ approximately $170/adult $165/child12 under...we went last week and had a blast
