Not sure. That's a good question. I would suggest that you call them up and ask them. If so they will probably rent them for the day but I do hope they give them for free. I have family that bring their own when they come. But please feel free to call.
Yes, there are. You need to go through the customer service kiosk to request it. There is also a waiting area in rides to make it easier to swap family members, or accomodation for disabled guests to ride some, if not all of the rides.
You can rent one for the day.
