Our family just went earlier this week & frankly I didn't think it was very busy at all.
Weekdays until June, then there are no sure slow days until September
Honestly it's always busy but it's a little less busy mid week and when the kids are not on school vacations in Florida or any other part of the U.S. Also more than 90% of the rides are open when it rains because most rides are indoors so the only rides they close are the 2 water rides in Islands of Adventure and the RIP it Rocket and the kids roller coaster in the kids zone and the one by Harry Potter in Universal.
During summer it's always packed.
