When you go into the parks depended on if it is universal studios florida or universals islands of adventure; out front they have a stand that says "skip lines with universal express" and it shows the symbol. Go there and you can buy the single use express passes once per attraction, or you can buy the universal express passes that are unlimited use for the whole day on any attraction for as many times as you want to ride. (Minus the newer rides like hagrids magical creatures motorbike adventures, and jurassic world velocicoaster)
