We froze a water bottle per person & brought it in with us in our bag. It kept us with cold water & we were able to refill with water at any refreshment station throughout the park. They also sell a souvenir cup that gets you free drinks of all kinds at the refreshment stations but water is free to everyone.

Yes just no alcohol. I went today actually and they said I was good to go with open or closed can drinks as well.

Yes you can. I recommend bringing your own because everything is very expensive. 2 bottles of water cost $11.00
