Yes, they do, near the front by the baby strollers/carts. You can alsocall before you get there to make sure some are still available. Sometimes they run out.

They have electric carts for rent at the front entrance, they cost $55 for a day when I was there. However, they rent them all out quickly, so I would recommend reserving one in advance to make sure they have one available when you visit. They also rent "manual" wheelchairs, but I would recommend having someone who can help push you around. As an alternative, there are several rental services in Orlando that rent out park-approved scooters, and you can schedule delivery and pickup at a time and location of your choice.
