Dont listen to Michelle. I've boarded my pets there several times and they have been healthy and happy each time and never dread going back
I board my pooch here WHENEVER we go out of town. My dog is not an 'everybody' dog, and she can be super-temperamental. But whenever we go to get her from here, she is happy, well-fed, well-cared for. And I know they are really good to her, too, because it is also where I take her for her vet appointments, yet she still goes into "whole body wag" as soon as we hit the parking lot! She is excited to see them. That wouldn't happen if they weren't being good to her. I have never had a bad experience with boarding my doggie, and I don't lose a minute of sleep over it when I know that she is in their capable hands.
