Absolutely the worst company ever!!!!!!! Wouldn't recommend you to anyone. Your customer service is borderline insanity! Lucky you don't have a brick and mortar close.... But I can see why. I will be switching to Comcast regardless of your worthless apologies later on when you find out that you WERE double billing me...... Pretty shady!!!!!! Wish I could give you no stars!

i’ve had the worse experience being a customer here, problem with auto pay will rack my bill up tremendously paid that when i did they canceled my account and made me pay an addition of $87 for another install fee then having the internet only for a month they canceled my account contacted today of 08/21/21 wanted me to pay an additional $87 i highly suggest you choose another internet/cable provider so you won’t have to go through the struggle i have. ! reviews will make you save your time and money.

I had an install appointment planned for Saturday between 13:00-17:00. No one showed up nor called me. At approximately 16:30, I called to get a status and was told that my technician, along with other technicians had been routed from some appointments due to a major outage. A phone call to me would've been nice.

Frontier is without question the worst customer experience I have ever had. When they switched over from Fios I went from being charged $66/mo to $97 for no reason. They would also charge me randomly for equipment and services I never requested or had to begin with. It took me almost nine months of spending hours on the phone and sending dozens of emails before I was finally assured I would be sent a refund via mail. Representatives would make appointments with me to call back or say I just had to send over one more document but then I'd never hear from them again. I have yet to receive my promised refund in the mail. My boyfriend just set up for Frontier to install wifi in our new home, and since it was $10 cheaper/mo than bright house and it would be a new account, I was hopeful. So far it's an hour past the delivery window and no sign of the technician. When we call the number he gave us he doesn't pick up and there is no answering machine. Update: Just sat on hold with Frontier to eventually be told that we were actually not in the service area like the representative initially said we were weeks ago. They figured this out on 12/1 but decided not to reach out to us so I sat around all morning for no reason and we've been waiting two weeks for this install and now we have to start from scratch. Will never make the mistake of choosing Frontier again and will dissuade everyone we know from choosing them too.
