Has anyone else paid with their card and them decide to tip themselves after you leave a cash tip that they didn't even deserve?

I used to go all the time and they never did it but went yesterday and should have only been like 20 but my card was charged 37. I left a $5 cash tip even tho the waitress was hovering, yet couldn't keep my water full o had to keep asking , dishes were piling up . She would literally come to the table ask if I was ready for check While I'm eating. See stacknof plates and empty drink and would just walk off. Not to mention who charges for water?!? I was charged my drink even tho it was water. 😔 Disappointed

Sorry this happened to you. Have I ever had it happen to me? Never. Why? Because I ALWAYS put a line through the 'TIP' space if I leave a cash one...WHEREVER I go. Also, I've NEVER-in the MULTIPLE visits I've made here in the last 9 months since I moved to this area-had anything LESS than spectacular, friendly service with a warm & sincere smile. Really sorry you had a negative experience. This is A-TYPICAL of this restaurant. Promise.
