There is no best, it's the Villages so wherever you find a hole without a golf cart in it
We found a parking spot in the rear of the building. Lighted too. Side walk to the doors. Enjoy your time.
There's parking behind the center as well as around the square. Another responder mentioned golf carts and wasn't exaggerating, so I'd look behind the building first.
