Sitting here for 3 hours waiting to be seen by a doctor. Another patient shared they've been waiting 8 hours today, July 7, 2022. The man at the check in desk said they have 44 patients in the back, with 18 very sick people still in the waiting room. 2 doctors on staff and 2 nurse Practitioners are seeing patients. This facility is ridiculously and dangerously understaffed! Very sick people are putting chairs together in order to rest or laying down on the floor. We will never return to this incompetent madhouse!

Mom (95 yrs old) 35 hours in ER..... finally in a room for a day and a half. No one knows what is going on. Supposidly her problem was handled. Now... don't know why they leave her laying on a bed with no treatment for a condition that no longer exists. Can't get straight answers from nurses. Haven't talked to a doctor since ER. Nobody understands the new computer system. Lost first lab results. I can say nothing good about this experience for her other than the staff is overwhelmed and trying. A total waste of Medicare funds. Typical, I guess.

I really don't like hospitals, but I had to go this time. Kellyann and Barbara were just two of my excellent nurses who took care of me for 6 days I was in for a procedure on my foot. Melissa and the other ladies who cleaned my room did an great job which was especially important because it was my foot that needed tending and I was in isolation to cure an infection. Beau took my vitals and helped me keep from getting stir crazy. I've read some of the reviews for this place, but for me, it was a 5 star visit.

They don't deserve 1 star. The only portion of my visit record that was true was what I told the check in staff. I tried so hard to push through and deal with my pain that day, but when it got to the point that it was out of control I went to the ER. I was told my chest x ray was fine, even though an abnormality was found. Then they put in my report I was feeling better and discharged per my request. I had asked numerous times to numerous people over the several hours I was there to please let me have an ibuprofen to try to ease my pain. They conveniently forgot, only saw the supposed doctor for less than 2 minutes. He didn't try to understand what happened or how I feel. Apparently you have to be 80 to be properly cared for at this place. I just wanted a little compassion considering I can barely move, bend, or take deep breathe due to my injury to my back. Zero care or compassion to how I felt, you could tell I was having a very rough time due to my eyes and face being swollen from crying all day.

They have open visiting hours 24 hours a day but recommend 6:00am -8:30pm so patients get the rest they need. Some patients may have hours restricted at the patient or doctor's discretion.
