Very poor. They switched the chain we purchased with a charm costing $1,100.00. The charm came with an 18" chain. When we received it, the charm only had a 16" chain. They did replace it but the chain they provided was as thin as a slice of hair. Do not recommend this store Well.. I have to say they made things right. It took several phone calls and several visits but Brownwood Jewelers worked with us to get us a solutions that was more than acceptable. We appreciate this effort. Thank you for everything

Had a wonderful experience at Brownwood Jewelers from start to finish. Found the most beautiful engagement setting and center stone with the help from Liz and everyone else I can in contact with. The prices were very good and the service was outstanding. My fiancé was blown away by the rings quality and brilliance and they even were most gracious on a resizing because we need it a touch smaller. I would recommend anyone looking for any piece of Jewelry to give them the opportunity to please you as much as they did for me. I am extremely happy and will definitely shop there again.

My husband and I visited Brownwood Jewelers and met with Gina to design an engagement ring as an anniversary present. From beginning to the end result, this was a great experience. Gina spent a great deal of time with us helping us design the ring and pick out the diamonds. She is a very knowledgeable jeweler. The end result was beautiful and we were both very satisfied.

We saw a beautiful ring at a basket auction last year and found out it was from Brownwood Jewelers. I went there to see if I could find one like it for my Wife for a Christmas Present. When I was talking to the manager there I told her about the ring and she knew immediately what ring I was talking about. Not only was she able to get me the exact same ring, she had it in Yellow and White gold to choose from. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I don't know why other ratings say they are Rude, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I had at a Jewelry store in a long time. I didn't feel rushed or spoken down to. I definitely recommend going to this Jewelry store if you are in The Villages are and looking for quality jewelry.

The cost to size a ring down is $39.95 and up. The cost is determined by how wide the ring's shank is; therefore, we would need to see the ring in person to quote you an exact price. We have two jewelers here and all work is done on our premises. Thank you for your inquiry.
Yes, we have a nice selection of crosses to choose from (with and without diamonds).
If it's the Brighton collection, yes, we have it.
Unfortunately, unless they are quite small, or flat, we wouldn't be able to engrave them.
