Well, to be fair, most of them are working their first job, for minimum wage, where they are subjected to a lot of stressful and argumentative people while expected to be couteous and held to strict drive-thru timeliness standards. I imagine it must be challenging, but one would think they would get an order correct sometimes if only from sheer luck, or not constantly make us pull-up to wait on fries, only to have them eventually give you burnt ones; but if you think that, you'd be wrong as well as unlucky.
I always have my orders fine, I just wait for my orders in the pick up curve and check it while there.
Just don't go there anymore! Or order inside!
