I don't recommend staying here. The staff were wonderful, but the rooms? Our room smelled weird. The bathroom smelled like mold and pee [in the walls]. Our kids' room was the same; horrible. Countertops in room were sticky and bathroom wasn't cleaned very well; there was hair all over. My pillow still had makeup on it. It's in a rough part of town, so watch out. We had our dog with us, so when we had to take him out to use the restroom we went as was family. Couldn't be in the rooms by ourselves and couldn't be outside by ourselves. Rooms are affordable. You know how the saying goes, "You get what you pay for"

We have stayed at this place many, many, many times. In fact, the girl at the front desk stopped asking for my ID at check in because we have stayed so may times. I reserved on the Wyndham app like I do every other time so I can get points for future stays. We walk in and since it had been a while since we had stayed there so I pull out my ID and card that I used to secure the reservation. She asks the girl next to her if they can accept my card. The girl says "no. We don't take those cards anymore because people don't deposit their money on them and we don't get our money" I told her that I have ALWAYS use that card when I stay there and there has NEVER been an issue and that that card doesn't work that way and if there is not any money on it it will decline the transaction right away. I told her she can check and see that there has never been an issue. My husband told her that they need to update that on their site then so people know. The girl said "well if you don't like it, you can leave, and we don't have to rent to you!" I did not have another card on me so I went to get cash from the ATM around the corner while my husband stayed in the lobby. The girl proceeded to tell him that they are trying to "clean the place up"! He laughed. This place is in the middle of crack head central and implying that people that use this particular card are somehow inferior is an INSULT! We are clean, hard working people! Upon arriving back to the hotel after going to the ATM, I canceled the reservation and went across the street where I was given a room right away and was treated right! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it like the plaque!! They need to learn how to treat regular customers!!

The area was saturated with doped out druggies and just horrible. We booked a suite. It was clean and wonderful. The girls at the front desk get the 5 stars. They were soooooo nice! I mean like really nice! Our suite was above the front desk and was quiet for the most night. I wish I could remember their names. I plan on giving the one girl a gift card. There are certain people that exceed customer service and are not paid actors. These girls leave a great impression. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

I stayed there for one night and the average rating does it justice. It is rather run-down. Staff was nice. Room was fairly clean but there was holes in the chairs and no microwave as it had been advertised. There were stains on the walls and it was unfortunate that I couldn’t open the window. Bedding and towels (as someone else wrote) does not get bleached out, which feels and looks weird. Carpet in the hallway was absolutely gross. Would definitely not stay there again.
