Positive: All the staff was so helpful and kind. We liked the breakfast and how the time extended to 9am. We would stay again. Negative: The rooms windows next to the pool complained because we were too loud. They are situated too close to the pool. The hot tub was warm but had nasty floaties. There was pepper spray attached to the back of our TV. The location was a bit sketchy.

Rooms and hotel are definitely dated. The hotel itself is in a good location and there are a lot of restaurants around. The hallways have auto deodorizing sprays which are super intense so hold your breath as you walk down the hallway and get sprayed. Pool chairs need updating and maybe more - there aren't a lot of lounge chairs. Breakfast - eh. Not much to review. The 3 star rating is mostly because of the showers - rain head showers with great water pressure - which this is something important in my view of hotel rooms - especially to wash off the stink of the hallways.

Positive: The cleanliness and how the staff was very nice. I didn't have a problem checking in or treated with any rude or disrespectful attitude from staff. The rooms were very clean and the bed was very clean soft. Negative: The fact I could not call the front desk from my room. The phone was broken. The laundry room was closed so I couldn't do my laundry until later in the morning. Which was to late because I was checking out by then.

Positive: The bed was comfortable and clean. It had a good refrigerator. Negative: The hotel had a hot tub. One of the reasons I chose it as we were going skiing, and it is nice to have after a day on the slope. It was old and broken. The neighborhood was not great either.
