Its Florida

From their FAQ - Yes, but don’t expect to see them. They are there, but prefer to stay in the marsh areas where guests do not paddle.

Alligators are VERY common in Florida .. heres a tip dont mess with them and they will leave you alone. cold water makes them kinda sleepy so if you see them kayaking, be calm and drift on by. You may see one or 2 out sunning themselves on a fallen tree to get warm but mostly the "big" boys wil be back in the marshy areas away from traffic. Don't worry they hunt mostly at night. Just be smart. Seeing one in the wild is a privilege, one that not many ppl get to see other than a zoo setting. Enjoy your cruise..

No not there

Yes there are. They have signs up all over warning of alligators in the area. It is cold water though so that makes them become lethargic and therefore not likely to attack or even move much. We've been there several times but have only ever seen one small gator, and he didn't move at all. Hope this helps!
