You can only scuba dive with a special permit or with someone who has permission from the state. Not open to the public...
I have never seen anyone with scuba gear. Only goggles and snorkel gear.
That's a great idea! I've never seen anyone take it but I've taken goggles and a snorkel and it was a blast!
