No they are not. Residents of St. Francis are already in da facility. Unless you've gotten da okay to be out passed curfew, din da doors are locked. And if you have not gotten dat okay, you can be in violation and lose your bed. And da facility WILL NOT BE OPEN TO DA PUBLIC UNTIL NINE IN DA MORNIN. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A POLICE CLEARANCE YOU DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED THROUGH THE DOOR. A POLICE CLEARANCE (BLUE CARD)
