I have called the office 3 times for a refill on my prescription and no one has called back. Physician Pharmacy has called also and no response.

I called twice but the second time I hit button to make an appointment and within an hour my refill had been taken care of.

They've never called me back when I've left a message, either. I always have to keep calling and speak to someone.
