I have been seeing this doctor for about six months or so. She just does not listen to me at all! I've repeatedly told her month after month that the same medication is not working and she refuses to change it. Did a procedure on me and her office refused to allow me to come back in the day of because of complications and pain and told me to go to the emergency room while the office staff basically called me a liar when i told them that there was something wrong. They never followed up and never asked how i was doing. She did however at my next appointment decide to argue with me about how her staff handled me and lied and told her that they told me to come back to the office, she was more concerned about defending her staffs horrible actions rather then what she had actually done to me during that procedure. Fast foward, my daughter is missing days from school because im in so much pain some days that i cant walk and I've lost my job as well for the same reason. But hey she still gets to pay her bills while she gets checks from my insurance for my visit while i suffer and cant care for my children. Great freaking care

I love love Dr. Stone. I'm have chronic pain from chemo and migraines. Ive been seeing her for 5 years and Dr. Stone is always professional and super nice. She takes the time to listen, even if you are just whining a little. She offers solutions and is willing to try new things for treatment.. She'll work with you and your insurance to make sure you are getting top notch care. She has the most thoughtful and incredible staff. She can be rushed occasionally as that happens in her industry. The new office on St Isabel is easy to find with plenty of parking.

Dr Stone, and her PA Amanda make you feel comfortable to talk to about what is going on and do not make you feel rushed and understand what you are going through.. I wouldn't care if I live 3 hours away I would not change doctors if I could give more than five stars I would.

Dr. Stone is simply the best pain-management and addiction specialist you'll find. If you want an honest doctor with good values who will help you stay on a healthy path, this is the doctor for you. She stays current on medical research, and she will work to treat the causes of your problems as well as the symptoms. Her non-judgmental approach with her patients is refreshing, and I credit her with saving my life. You may wait a few extra minutes to see her, but she'll take her time with you just as she did with those before you. Between Dr. Stone and her medical assistant, Kendra, this office has an unparalleled team.

I am so sorry for you n your husband's pain n situation. I have been there and understand the underlying endurance of pain and fear. I wish I could say it is something that nver happens, but all offices have unexpected issues. I suggest you never let ant meds get that close to being depleted. If you call the office, be sure to complete a conversation before the weekend or rx depletion draws near, even if multiple contact attempts are mandated.
I called twice but the second time I hit button to make an appointment and within an hour my refill had been taken care of.
