Would not recommend! Waste of time! I went through the process of getting a referral and ending up getting denied because my referral was from a church and not the city??? I was told I could move in on the 1st and then 3 days before I was expected to move in I was denied? Nothing but drug addicts anyways so kind of glad it didnt work out. Parking is a nightmare. They definitely discriminate! If you have your life together this place is NOT for you! Neighbors to the Tiny House Village are NOT friendly. I was accused of having stolen my own Truck by one of the neighboring “Karens”.
