No you cant pick up a remote for someone. But if you have spectrum TV services you can just get one and give it to that person. Remotes are not tied to accounts.
Yes or call them and they mail it I lost mine they send me two just to have an extra cause my grandson lost the last one. So just call you may get an extra one.
