This company site has gone down in service in the new location. I’ve been a costumer for years and remember the old location off Linebaugh Avenue yes you would have to wait BUT they Emplyee were all at the windows and no matter how long the line you were in and out This location is a joke they are all always hiding in the back Three employees and only one working. Corporate should do an undercover boss sting and really see what’s going on

I am currently at 1 hour waiting, and they are still helping the same two customers. Having straight conversations about what? People are leaving, there are ten people in the wait list. We going to be here until they close. And the clown Manager instead of helping, is walking around setting up a display. Spectrum this is this what my super high bill pays for?

Had to wait 30 minutes just to pick up equipment. No acknowledgement by employees, and no sense of urgency from either of the 2 employees working. Spectrum needs to do better and hire more employees the wait was uncalled for and frustrating to say the least!!!

Horrible experience, order a device and received something completely different to what I ordered, came back to the store with the device and explained to them what happened I asked them to replace it and returned what they sent me, this guy with glasses turns around (we wasn’t the one helping me tho), he said, THATS NOT HOW THINGS ARE DOINE IN MY STORE, obviously I told him I’m sorry but who are you? Are you the store manager, he responded with YOU CAN TAKE YOUR PHONE, IN MY HOURS TIME, WE WILL NOT HELP YOU.

No you cant pick up a remote for someone. But if you have spectrum TV services you can just get one and give it to that person. Remotes are not tied to accounts.
Call them and they will tell what to do 🤗
The location is only open from Monday through Friday but I believe that location me actually even be shut down now you have to check the online listings
The schedule shows from 10 AM to 8 PM ... I visit them and they are actively working, by the way the plans for telephones are excellent.
