Yes
I was disappointed in Gayle's today. They had some sort of promo going on which was supposed to be a gift, but the signage was so poor that it wasn't until i got to the register that i realized what was going on. They were charging a lower price for some things, but you could only buy one. So i was pretty confused when i bought two tiny truffles for 50 cents each and was charged 2.25$ for the second one. Huh? When they showed me the sign, i had to put on glasses to read it. So, Gayle's, poor promo. The woman next to me has the same thing happen with the croissants. Neither of us saw the sign. Plus, i gotta say that those tiny truffles are worth 50 cents and i would never pay 2.25$ for one. Just saying. I'll bet there were other complaints about this particular " promotion." It felt kind of cheesy and sneaky and not at all like a "gift." There were other customers talking about it outside. I hope you listen to feedback.
