Hello I want to know how to apply for housing in Santa Cruz or Monterrey since my daughter went to study for her and the truth is she suffers from depression and that is the reason why I would like to be closer to her at the moment I live in Housigh but I want to move like this to Santa Cruz Cal, or Monterrey Cal to be near her, please, if someone knows how to apply to these places, I will thank you very much in advance, thank you very much

You should go in there and ask for a review, if that's what they've said...bcuz they will skip over you, when they don't hear from you OR see you....
I had been waiting for long time
You can use it in Hollister or San Juan Bautista
As long as they are willing to fill out your transfer paperwork.
I took mine to the office two weeks ago and haven't heard back yet
Hi, call hiuseing Authority... I don't know what your notices say so I cannot help you and I do not work for Housing Authority but call Housing Authority it depends on what it says if the notices say you are terminated due to moving out of state then perhaps not in the system. You need to call and ask somebody.
Most housing vouchers have stipulations like NO PETS, bcuz that's usually extra money & H.A. doesn't pay for them (pets make messes & tear up stuff)...only for humans. It is also a BREED & SIZE requirements...per owner of each property.
Im unsure but i believe that they do have a program for those interested in buying their first home?
I don't think so, you would need to talk to your case worker. You could also ask Google for a housing list.
Contact housing authorities call online
You can contact CCCIL, they help people with disabilities to get on a wait list.
Reach out to the housing authority also there website may help.
Samara your 100% correct. Please remove his name Elizabeth. I would advise you to go to H.A and ask to review where your son is on the waitlist and to update any information that has changed. There are other ways of getting him help with housing.
Call or drop in and ask questions. Talk to a live person and get some answers.
It can take as little as a couple weeks or several weeks, it all depends on each situation.
I applied in December and mine is in place now.
When I learned that the low income waitlist was a dead end, I've gotten on about 5 different wait list for low income apartments. Including Elizabeth Oaks which I do believe is managed or ran by HUD but doesn't use that low income public waitlist that still had about 600 people still actively on it according to the Boardmeeting minutes back in March 2018.
Sign up on the contact list on the website to be notified when the section 8 waiting list or other housing lists open.
Anyone over 18 must be pre approved by housing authority I'm sorry that's terrible! I had my first at 16. Her father was abusive , so I'm grateful to be out of that relationship. He got it from his mother..
They'll raise your rent! U have 14 days too tell them. They can see your bank statements at any time... If you don't tell them and they find out they'll make you pay all the back rent during the time you had this money and didn't tell them.
Contact the Housing Authority over the phone. They will let to know what you need to do.
It’s your social security number
If your on the waiting list NO. It don't hurt though to check in personally or call and ask Questions. Good luck.
