I am so glad I scheduled my passport appointment at this post office. Paulette processed my application within 15 minutes. She assisted me step by step with the new passport process, she happily answered all and any questions, and more importantly made me feel like I could rely on the whole team at this location. She did an amazing job!

The us post office tends to suck thanks to Louis Dejoy but from my experience the Warren branch seems to be one of the better ones.

Same thing happened to me. 4 checks have been stolen it makes it to the office I have proof with informed delivery but it never makes it to my house. Only checks as well. I’m filing a lawsuit against this postal office if my check is not recovered, I’ve already spoken with my lawyer. The supervisor knows what’s going on because she lied and told me that they don’t have a lost and found at all. They never answer the phone, they’re rude when questioned about lost mail the lady at the front desk told me it was nothing I could do because mail doesn’t have a tracking number. Instead of telling me to file a claim. This office needs to be shut down and I’ll see to it that it does. And stealing mail is a federal offense so I hope it was worth it .
That Mound Post office horrible I was suppose to get my work check Friday 8n the mail. Never received it the Sub put it in box at the Top.
You are INSANE to even SAY that !!! I was a letter carrier for almost 20 years and there isn't a single employee that i witnessed being anything even CLOSE to being lazy. They simply don't exist. If they do, they are fired.i worked in retail for 20 years prior and the level of work involved does not even come close to what is demanded of employees at the post office. Where i did see lazy employees is at the myriad businesses i delivered mail to where people sitting at the front desk were literally playing solitaire. And yes, it was VERY DISHEARTENING to see. Lazy postal employees ? NOT BY A LONG SHOT !!

Our mail in the 48088 zip, comes sporadically, especially when I have time sensitive mail or a utility bill coming. I have Informed Delivery and it tells me what mail I will be receiving that day. I understand that the USPS is shorthanded, but come on hire some carriers.

I was on hold for 50 minutes because I had the time to do so. When the representative answered, she was sympathetic, helpful, pleasant, and professional. This is the first time in 20 years I have had an issue worthy of a complaint and I am satisfied with how it was addressed.
If the package has been already delivered, it will not be delivered to your new address. If it was left at your old address, people who live there have your package. Contact them. If the package still in transit, call your UPS Office maybe they can change the delivery address or request hold for pickap at UPS office option. Otherwise, contact the sender...
