Hi Sharon, Do you live in the Santa Cruz area? You can return them to any of our local surf shops (Santa Cruz Boardwalk, Downtown Santa Cruz, Capitola, or Aptos). You can return them for a full refund with a receipt, within 30 days of purchase, and the tags on. Otherwise, you may be eligible for store credit. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
