Made an appointment for a oil change at 11 am. When I called I asked for them if they included an inspection including the brakes. The answer was Yes. I also asked to take a look at the electric window switch and give an estimate to replace. So, at 2:30 car is done. But no paper work. Finally go to Cashier and the Total is $138. ?? WTH? $39.99- Check brakes. $39.99 -Check switch. $35.29- Oil change. $13.82 -Shop supplies Total labor- $94.85 Parts- $20.34 So basically I got hosed!!! Add injury to insult not a smile not a Thank you, nothing!! I will not be back again!
Didn't take me long for oil change
Never had this before; however, an oil change takes too long, agree...Try to change oil somewhere else unless Toyota does for free.
