The staff was very helpful and answered all questions asked. Nancy is a very busy woman but helped me through the whole process. 😊I appreciate everything she did. They are busy but if you truly want it, it is just better to show up instead of calling. Love my new apartment. ❤

Very disorganized and unfriendly. Showed up for my application interview. I had to return home to get more paperwork and when I returned (10 min later) I rang the bell twice and no one would come to the door. I went to my car and called and no one would answer. Very unprofessional and rude. Left a message and still haven't recieved a call back.***** Update 3/4/21.. recieved a call back today from Owner with an apology. I am going to try again to work with them. The apartments are very nice and look forward to meeting with them.***** Update 3/8/21** Was told by the owner that someone would call me 3/4/21 to reconnect and work on my application. (SEE RESPONSE BELOW) Still have not recieved a call and even left a message for the owner on 3/5/21. Not sure what is going on with this apartment complex but there are definately communication and customer service issues.

Nancy was so helpful this whole process. She worked so hard on my file and paperwork. She always kept me informed, answered all my questions (I had tons) and made it so easy for me. Udozo is also wonderful and very helpful. I would go through this process a million times with them!

I have been trying to get in touch with someone for a week now, did live chat twice where they stated they would have someone call me back, and still have not heard anything. The only reason for 2 stars is because of the chat room, if I actually get a leasing agent to call back and schedule an appointment, I will change the star level.
