Service appointment made , you will still wait 1.5 hours for an oil change. Yup...brought in two cars, still waiting on the second to be completed... p.s $ 67.54 per oil change.
David Elmore, that is not correct regarding thst particluar store. The salespeople are there to assist buyers during the purchase process. They also help in identifying needs & ensuring the customers have them met and many other things. Its easy for some people to get distracted or wrapped up in something so having a salesperson that is directly supported by any of several sales managers ensures the experience meets the most stringent &highest customer satisfaction ratings.
You should be aware that vehicles are not all they sell. It can take a few hours to get through all the conversations as your salesperson acts as a go between you and another salesperson that your salesperson has to answer to.??!! $
You can walk in but if you make appointment you will go ahead of other walk ins
