I was called in for a recall for the airbags and had to wait for two and a half hours which I was already explain one two three hour wait time so I was already ready to wait the lobby was very nice it was very comfortable to sit and wait I was not frustrated at all by the time that it took because I was all ready forewarned. So I just sat back and had some coffee which was wonderful and a donut which was nice and fresh. They took great care and customer service for me. I would definitely go back to the dealership again.
I find this unusually. They have always accommodated my van with recalls. I did have to wait 3 yrs for the new dash recall which I did find a little frustrating, but that was because of Toyota's headquarters giving them the parts. I would ask them details of what is involved with the recall, i.e., part order, etc.
