I've never heard of SPCA doing this. I would look for a local Foster parent. They might be able to give you the information to one. If not there's a lot of groups for lost and found dogs in the area that also might be able to give you the information to someone willing to foster your animal for that amount of time

If they charge you 20.00 dollars if you don't receive it they will put it up for adoption

I am unsure. I would look up places that doggy sit or post online and ask someone to doggy sit.
