Well my Tech was a doll. She made my experience very pleasant. She was a joy to be around. But the receptionist wasn't very pleasant. I'm disabled with a cane and she open the door for herself and let it go on me. Maybe it just wasn't her morning. We all have bad days. But all in all my time there was bright.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. My wait time was short and the waiting area was a comfortable environment. The technician that did my daughter's ultrasound was extra kind and reassuring. I appreciate the "little" things she did to put me at ease and just her overall pleasant demeanor. I am grateful for this positive experience during an appointment that I was anxious about.

The people at the front desk were very nice and told me I need to make an Appointment for what I needed. The young lady that sits at a desk overhead the conversation. She got up and said one moment. She went way out of her way and went in the back to talk to someone and said they would first do one test and then the other. Really APPRECIATED HER! Technician’s were very kind and did their job! My Dr. put on the order Quest. Went their first and they said they could not make an appointment, that they would call me back when I could have an appointment. They have not called. (6 hours ago) In my book Kern Radiology is the way you take care of your CLIENTS! Thank you so much. 👍

I didn’t have an appointment, I was a “ walk-in”. The people who checked me in at the front counter were very nice and a pleasure to speak with. I did not have to wait very long before I was called back. Everything moved along very smoothly and I was done in no time. The facility was very clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. If I need to have more X-rays done in Bakersfield in the future, I will come back to Kern Radiology Riverwalk.
