I would like to know why when a person comes to your facility (and they’re coming because they are needing to get better) why your staff is matter of fact, very unfriendly, impersonal, rude, cold hearted acting toward the patients?

Walked in for an xray. There was a wait but it was ok. I didn't have an appointment. They called me back took the xray and I left. It was a positive experience. Staff was friendly.
