I am truly disappointed with Oildale Municipal Water. I have called and written two formal complaints about a water issue I witness for a few days until I called Ouldale Municipal Water. They said to me"we will check it out" Two days later the crime is still being committed and nothing has been done about our drinking water. Apparently there is an abundance of water now and we can just hose down our gutters? Who shall I call first? Mayor? Congressman?Governor? The news!

Customer service answers right away and is always super helpful. New online account is intuitive even with multiple accounts. How often is that the case with utility companies?

I like oildale mutual water company. It's cool that it is community owned and the service men are quick, efficient, always helpful, and polite. It's a bummer when my water is shut off but that's my fault. One thing I can say I hate is when my water gets shut off during work but I have the money to pay it! I'd much rather be given a courtesy call asking if I can pay before the end of the day, but oh well.

Very discourteous, unprofessional, contemptuous and inhumane management of this utility company continues to infuriate a strong percentage of the community it serves. I would like to have more positive things to highlight this company's practices, however first hand experience has proven what everyone else reviews about the way it operates making many loyal customers feeling forced to dwell In a police-state operated ordinance that is unbecoming of a friendly community.
