They can’t tell you anything. I called today August 2, 2021. To ask for a free covid testing site. The woman that answered could not give me any information on where to go for the free covid testing. She said to try Rite Aid, but they require an appointment and only do it thru the drive thru, scheduled 3 weeks away. She said Urgent Care, they are not free. The health department doesn’t do the testing anymore, only the vaccines. What’s the point of the local Health Dept??? They did not help at all!

Been at the place twice to pick up birth certificates. First time I was in and out 20 minutes. Second time was 7 years later and still made it out of there within 25 minutes. Staff up front look organized and they will guide you to the department you have to go for whatever you need.

I was in and out quickly, the staff was great. They were kind and curtious. I did however have a hard time getting them to answer the phone to make an appointment

Yes! This clinic keeps track of all "communicable" diseases that they are notified of! That notification comes from many different sources! So yes, you can be tested there!

Honestly, if it's not a public restaurant, I don't think you can call anyone for a dirty stove. As a prior landlord that's just shameful that it was rented out that way. If tge open itself doesn't work, then that's a problem the landlord needs to fix. But, my only suggestion is to take a lot of pictures. Then hire someone to clean it if you are unable. Ask for some of your deposit back. But, unfortunately, unless there are mice or roaches everywhere, I don't think you can call anyone. Now, if this is a facility, you can call Environmental Health or the Dept of Aging. But if it is privately owned, I think you're out of luck. I'm sorry.

You can contact Code Compliance! Have you ever seen "A"s in the windows of shops? That comes from Code Compliance! You can report it anonymously, however...they don't expose their sources at all! Depending on the violation, they give them some time to correct the violation! Good luck...

I believe you would go to KMC! Was your baby born at KMC? KCPH is a location for "tx". They monitor a lot of different " medical" treatment, but birth records should be in KMC Medical Records Dept. Good Luck

Usually Babies first immunisation's are recorded on a specially designed folders. They give these records to the parents as "permanent legal documents". " IF" the MD office has copies, I doubt they charge you for a copy! Good Luck!
If you have submitted them to your worker, yes! If not, whomever vaccinated them will have copies! NEVER give up original documents...YOU should have your families legal documents! Good luck!

They can...although it would probably be Code Compliance officers & it is usually in response to a complaint! Complaints can come from anybody or any agency, so that may come as a surprise! They are not obligated to reveal their sources, either!

I am not an expert but, I think you should notify Code Enforcement & they can come out & investigate your complaint in unison w/your Water Company! They can "Orange Tag" your system! The Health Department can determine what the "exposure" (if any) has done to you personally! I would try using bottled or boiled water in the meantime! Your water company should have to supply it for you until they fix the problem! It is probably "illegal" for you to even be supplied contaminated water in the first place! Beware that they determine you "at fault" for the contamination, ie your pipes, or holding tanks etc... Good luck!
