Your kitten should already be spayed if you are adopting from the SPCA. If it is under the required weight/age then they should give you a voucher for it.

Take it to the SPCA and there will be a fee, if adopting from the SPCA the kitten/cat will be spayed already to prevent unwanted kittens.

I'm not sure but you could ask the SPCA if the kitten was born at your house then you may have to pay for it I'm not sure but if it was born at the SPCA they should take care of it like the other person said they should give you a voucher so you can get it done
