Why do they have a recording during regular business hours instead of someone answering the phone?? Recording says they will get back to you the next day during business hours. Too many situations where you need to talk to them same day.

I have never experienced that. There are always more than enough staff. And responded quickly to any concerns.

You can email them. They respond fairly quickly

I hardly ever see the same vet twice and I have been going to them for 3 years. Big turnover on vets. I asked them about it one time, I asked, "Do you see a different doctor every time you go to a doctor"? The high desert sure leaves a LOT to be desired!

I just walk in got an appointment the same day no problem clean and friendly

I've been going to this Vet Clinic almost as long as I've lived here, which is 20 years. They helped me out in an emergency situation and I've been devoted ever since. Occasionally someone is sick or there's an emergency and people are tied up and can't get to the phone. I'm not sure that I've ever had it happen to me although I have been put on hold a couple of times. They're always prompt in getting back to me and I love the staff and the vets. I have a vet hospital within 2 miles of my house but I drive 7 miles to Apple Valley for my dogs. They've treated Nine Cats and 6 dogs for me over the years. They are not the least expensive, but, in my opinion, they're one of the best in the high desert.

I have gone in there to get stray dogs checked for a microchip. It's the closest to my house. Plenty of staff in there. The best way to get questions answered is to go down there or try a different vet. They are not the only ones, I know a lot of people with dogs as I rescue dogs and they are supposed to get calls back regarding their dogs that have been seeing the same that for years, and they have to call at least 5 times to get any response back. If you find a good vet, please let me know. I'm still looking.
