Neighbors are rude leaving trash everywhere and playing loud music all night screaming kids and when I tried to talk to them they threatened me. I need to move now because my children don’t feel safe. I complained but the manager did nothing!! So sad I did like it here and now I’m worried for our safety

Workin on a trailer in this park, very chill most of the time. Two pools and a small pond help add to the ambiance of the park.

Cars parked all over the street, walk ways. Loud neighbors, loud music and cars. Theives steal your mail so you can't use the box and mail man won't pick up the way they said they would. Deliveries get messed up due to 2 parks. Big dogs, pit bulls and Rottweilers. Only allowed to have pets that are 35 pounds and under but it's not enforced. Space rent goes up EVERY YEAR. Rent a house or apartment and save yourself the heartache.

There is both rentals and buying the mobile home. On the C side the space rent runs from 640 to 675. On the b side your water is free. Not to sure about the space rent. To qualify to move in you have to make 3 times what the space rent is. If you have any further questions. You might have to contact George. He runs both the c and b side.
