It's been a month since I reported water heater problems and the"handy man" gives me an attitude when I call him on it. The landscaper is a few cards shord of a full deck as well. He keeps picking fights with the resistance. It's not a peaceful place to live.

Be very careful if your thinking of buying or renting there very bad management. We had to get out it was so bad. I would talk to some of the tenants before buying good luck
