The management can't keep a manager on staff even when they finally get an excellent one. (Elizabeth)...their maintenance guy could not maintain a model airplane. They allow known Gang Members to run wild threatening residents with physical harm or death.

you overpay for the trailer then overpay for the space rent. You only rent the land that strays and kids play in.
