Fees can include chargers for damage to the vehicle, gas costs if you do not fill it as specified in the contract, and costs for liability coverage if you choose to have it. If you choose this rental company, print a copy of your vehicle insurance if you do not want the liability coverage - you will have to fill out a form with your policy dates, number, and coverage. Also prepare yourself for the line as you may have to wait in line over an hour (but once you are at the desk it is quick).

Most rental places I have used in the past are concerned with surface damages greater than 2" and laugh off most minor scratches when I point them out. When reviewing our rental at pickup, the employee was concerned with anything, regardless of size, scratch, ding, etc. It was nerve-wracking.
