There are wooden walkways through the dunes for part of the beach, and a beach wheelchair is available from the rangers.
There is a walkway but it's wooden or dirt/sand—not paved, so I don't think it's appropriate for a wheelchair. However, as another local guide pointed out, the rangers have beach wheelchairs available.
A lot of the trails are made especially so a wheelchair can use them, but not all of them are DG, so be prepared. There is a beach wheelchair, but it is for the beach and is too wide for the trails.
There is a boardwalk, and some sections are not maintained, and are rough, kr dirt paths that are not evened out. But there are long sections of nice boardwalk.
