Has anyone found starfish here? Any recommendations to where I can find some? Ive lived in Monterey for a while and go during low tide and when its pooling nicely. I thought I'd have good luck here but nothing so far.

Yes I've found starfish on the rocks but you really shouldn't take them as they are an important part of the ecosystem.

I have seen them, but please leave them be.
