Thinking about making of moving to Crown Point first apartment. How's the neighborhood, especially in the summer? Any issues with bugs(roaches)? Maintenance staff, when you call are they on it?

Ive lived here about a month so far no issues with people or parking I have found a couple of bugs mainly water bugs I did find one roach but it was a baby one Idk bout the summer but I can say the maintenance is on it like as soon u call from my experience they do a maintenance walk every 3 monthes checking smoke detectors and other things the home holds the heat very well so far I haven't had mine on yet except once with all that said I still recommend a ring video doorbell stuff just for added security bc of the area around here evryone is to themself but they all wave and say hi and are friendly at least

Cockroaches are bad here. We keep a clean house and we still kill 8 a week on avg... and the property won't do anything they say they spray but not once has someone been in our apartment in 3 years..
