Really more about a 3.8. I asked for steak on the side so I could cook it myself in the broth... NOPE. That being said: Ingredients all tasted fresh, the Broth for the Pho Dac Biet had a refreshing meat based presence and was delightful by itself; however, I prefer a fatty broth and am grateful they have the Nuoc Beo. Their chilli Garlic was crispy and had a little oil... Packs a potent spice punch and was sufficient enough to create a spicy broth. The summer rolls are good... But the sauce is something else, not what I'm used to. Not a peanut sauce. Something more akin to hoisin with peanuts in it. I'd come back if I'm in the area. Their Boba Tea station is visible and looked good.

If I can, I don't want to give this pho79 a star. It's a very short lump, the soup is not hot, it's almost cold, the service is very slow, and the waiter is always pretending to be invisible. , the waiter had a bad attitude and refused to redo and asked us to pay, we ordered four large #9, all the soup was not hot, the boss just give a small #9 free to solve our complaint, and charged us at the original price the meal, the waiter asked tips at the end

Delicious Banh Mi. Took about ~10 minutes and to my pleasant surprise the banh mi was made when I ordered not ahead of time so it was really fresh. Don't be scared of head cheese it's awesome!

After a long day of shopping, we stop here for dinner. The phos are good, but needs to be hotter temperature-wise. Though it is too modern for a Vietnamese restaurant, the place is clean, not crowded, and servers are very attentive; it’s our after shopping restaurant.
