My concerns are definitely the roaches and the car break ins i have a 3 yr old god son and this community is asking for alot of money for two issues to seem to be an ongoing concern so help Ease my mind by giving me some feedback on this...thanks

I lived there for 2 years - yes the water bugs were an issue - it's that type of weather, close proximity to others and nature. Break ins in cars occurred - not to me but I heard and saw things and someone hitmy car and a neighbor told me the following day. You just have to be mindful of wherever you go - but the yard and other things worked for me. Good luck
