No you cannot but for my birthday we were able to purchase a birthday cake through the birthday coordinator just call her and set it up I believe it was only 24.99 for the cake

No you can not,but the State fair is there so you can bring food and drinks What ever you want through the main gate but when you get to Raging Waters gate you they will not let you bring it in.Also parking is,15 dollars during the fair it's usually 10
