Recently went there looking at buying a new watercraft. Didnt buy because there were scratches / cracks on the hull all the way down to bare fiberglass at the bottom side where it is underwater. Scratches on the upper hull as well. Both units we looked at were damaged from the factory. Yamaha needs to step up their shipping QA/QC program! It puts dealers in a bad position. They said that happens from the shipping company sometimes. This was on the left side of the yellow/purple FXSHO. Still wouldn't budge on price. These are unfortunate times we are in right now. Sales staff was polite and did not pressure us at all. I would go back once inventory increases.

I waited 2 weeks for an appointment to get steel braided breaklines installed a oil change and a basic safety check onmy drz400sm the guy I talked to asked if I had a oil filter for it I guess they were out or something. I get there waited waited 13 and a 1/2 minutes in line with one person in front of me the whole time. the gentleman behind the counter was trying to figure out what air filter this guy needed For his machine I walked out Because if that is the level of incompetency running the the parts counter I am scared to have the people in the back work on my bike. There were two other guys that worked there that just walked by me with there hands in there pockets around the 10 minute mark and keep going. This place does not deserve your dollar go somewhere that does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By far the best shop I’ve ever been to!! I brought my 2009 Yamaha V-Star 950 in to have the brakes replaced and their price points were better than any other place that I had called!! A guy named Jordan helped me get parts ordered and got me all set up! He definitely made the process super easy for me!! Great customer service and followed up like he said he would!! Then when I dropped off my bike at the service department a guy named Mike checked me in.(with no appointment mid day on Saturday) Mike had my bike finished within no time and I was still able to ride Saturday!! Also a guy sales guy on the showroom floor answered a bunch of my financing questions without giving me that super pushy sales experience and he also really new his stuff!! This place made me feel like family and will be the only place I go to from here on out!!! Thanks again!!! -Mike Green
